The documentary, directed by Sonia Barrera Gutiérrez, premiered on Teleantioquia on August 30, 2026, and was very well received, drawing a strong audience.

Featuring sound artist Leonel Vázquez and members of the series’ creative team, the project premiered at the Cinemateca de Bogotá. The screening was followed by a conversation with the audience.
“LIKE LOVING CATS” WINS MINCULTURA’S CIRCULATION GRANT
The documentary series Like Loving Cats toured Bogotá, Cali, and Ibagué, inviting communities connected to disability to take part in events that included not only screenings, but also cultural presentations by associations and foundations working in the field, as well as public discussions. The tour took place in November 2024 as part of “Mostrando Gatos,” a project that received a circulation grant from Colombia’s Ministry of Culture.
“CONCRETE DREAMS” SELECTED FOR THE INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS FILM FESTIVAL COLOMBIA
In August 2024, the documentary Concrete Dreams premiered with screenings in Bogotá and Cali. Later, in October, as part of the COP16 Biodiversity Conference in Cali, it was screened in the Puerto Resistencia neighborhood. The film was subsequently released in cinemas in Colombia’s main cities, distributed by Danta Cine. Several screenings were accompanied by director Anton Wenzel, co-director and producer Viviana Gómez Echeverry, producer Sonia Barrera, and one of the protagonists, Alejandro Hernández.
“MILISUTHANDO” PREMIERES AT SUNDANCE
The feature documentary Milisuthando premiered at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival. Director Milisuthando Bongela, producer Marion Isaacs, co-producer Viviana Gómez, and editor Hankyol Lee attended the festival. Multitude Films, the U.S.-based executive production company, was also represented at the event.
