In midst of Chaos and violence during the 2021 national strike and protests in Colombia, political, social and cultural awareness flourishes within a road blockade in Puerto Resistancia, a marginalized neighborhood in the east of Cali. Driven by the idea of building society through art and culture the community decides to raise “The Monument to the Resistance”.
